Where it began...

Tmxing Adventures was established in 2013 when I joined up as a #Thermomix Consultant. The dream (that seemed so impossible at that stage) was to one day travel Australia with my family with my #Thermomix business - hence the name Tmxing Adventures. At that stage it was just hubby & I, with our two young boys & a camper trailer, camping up/down the East Coast not too far from Brisbane, using the Thermomix along the way. As most of you know, the Thermomix is the perfect addition to the smallest kitchen ever found in todays caravans/camper trailers/motorhomes. It allows amazing food to be created from anywhere, in limited spaces & with limited ingredients, so it makes perfect sense that all travellers need one.

Fast forward to now, two models, later, two more kids & we have packed up & left for our prelude to the "Tmxing Adventures around Aus" that we are planning for 2023. This smaller trip around Queensland will be 77 nights on the road. Check out some of the itenery below & let me know of any amazing places we must visit along the way. We plan to visit small businesses to buy fresh and local produce along the way, then making this into delicious wholesome food & sharing it with you through my YouTube Channel.

In preperation for the 11 weeks away, we have cleaned out the freezer, prepped as many sauces that would fit the car/van freezers & stocked up the van pantry. I will share these packing tips in future blogs.
